Day 6 of Lent

It is Monday of Spring Break, so that means Ollie was home with me all day. This morning we went to Earthfare to buy some produce. This has typically been a fun thing to do with Ollie. They have little buggies that he can push which makes shopping much more fun for him.

Today, he didn't want to listen and kept running into me and the aisle, which means I had to take the cart away. Ollie then cries, so it became a really fun trip for me!!! Not to mention a friend from church was there to see the whole thing!!!

Back to our meatless meals. We had the leftover breakfast from last night. It was ok, just ok!

Day 5 of Lent

On Sunday night we usually have lifegroup at our house with 5 other families. This week we canceled because of Spring Break and a lot of us having other things going on. So we invited some other friends from church to have dinner with us.

I made a spinach quiche, sticky buns and a fruit salad. The quiche was very filling, and our friends like it as well. I don't usually fix things for people when I haven't made it before but it ended up working out!!!
