Thanksgiving 2010

Thanksgiving this year was a lot of fun! Laurie and her family came into town and we spent a lot of time together just hanging out. I love how much Pratt and Ollie love each other. Here are some pics from our time together.

This was during the Auburn/Alabama game. They were watching Thomas.

Pratt wanted to hold Savell.

Nana and Pappy with the grandkids, minus Newton, he was napping

Firetruck Birthday

Ollie's friends Davis and Dawson had their Birthday Party this past weekend.

They had a firetruck come by the party!

Ollie was so excited about it.

We tried to get a picture of all the kids by the firetruck.

As you can see that wasn't an easy task.

O just wanted to push all the buttons.

2 Months Old

Savell is 2 months old! So hard to believe. She is growing like crazy.

She is 11.4lbs and 22 3/4 in. long

She is smiling and cooing.

You should see Ollie when she smiles at him. It is the sweetest thing. Ollie lights up and yells, "Mommy, Savell smile me!"

Fall Ya'll

Here are some from the pumpkin patch in Union Springs as well as from Halloween! It has been a very busy month, but I can say it has been a blast!

O was a frog for Halloween! Here he is eating a snow cone

Papa, Savell, and a frog

Ollie is at such a great age where everything is so fun to him. He tell me all the time "Mommy, I so happy!" which makes me so happy to hear him say that. I love that kid so much! His new favorite thing to say is "Oh, I get it!" and if you know Ollie at all it is as loud as he can possibly be with the biggest smile on his face. A lady at church calls him Jolly Ollie and I think that sums it up just right. He is such a ham, and really loves life. I hope Savell will be just like that when she is older.

The day the Lord blessed us with a little girl!

39 weeks pregnant on the way to the hospital at 5am! So ready to meet Savell Ann Moody! Around 6:30 I got pitocin and the fun began! Around 9:30 I got my epidural and was told Savell should arrive around 2 or 3. I thought oh great that is a LONG time!

Maybe an hour later the nurse checked me and I was 4/5cm I got my catheter and starting feel ALOT OF PAIN and pressure. We called the nurse and I was telling her that I thought something was wrong with the cath because of the pain. She checked me and said no it is because Savell is ready to come out. Jeff was studying for a test on the other side of the room and jumped up not expecting to hear we were ready!

They made me keep my legs together b/c she was just coming out. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS PUSH! WHERE IS DR. PHILLPS? He was in surgery and was on his way. When he walked in he was on the phone with his mom and sat down to put his shoe covers on. The nurse looked at him and said, "Dr. Phillips WE NEED YOU NOW!" He hung up with his mom in time to catch Savell. I think I pushed 2 or 3 times.

She arrived at 11:05 at 6lbs 12 oz and 20 inches long. What a little miracle!

Jeff and his little girl!

My babies!

On the way home!

Baby Showers

Savell, is already here and I haven't been good about blogging but I want to document everything I can so here goes.
First of all Jeff and I were blessed to have two baby showers. One was a church shower that the ladies from our lifegroup set up for us. It was so nice and greatly appreciated. Savell got a ton of cute things as well as a stock pile of diaper and wipes!!
The second shower for giving my our sweet friends the Chaney's and the soon to be Morgan's(getting married on 1-1-11). Again we were blessed to get so many great things for Savell and enjoyed a great time with friends and family!
